FCM Travel Solutions Southeast Asia Unveils Two Key Leadership Appointments

FCM Travel Solutions announces new leadership appointments of Carlo Bezoari as the Director of Sales, Southeast Asia and Joanna Patterson as the Director of Account Management, Southeast Asia.

As the Director of Sales for Southeast Asia, Carlo will be responsible for leading the business development teams across the region. Carlo joins FCM from Rosetta Stone, where he was responsible for the corporate sales division across EMEA. He then moved to Japan to manage the sales and marketing teams, after which he established and led the company’s partner network across the rest of the APAC region.

Carlo is a keen photographer and adventure traveller, so when he's not cycling into work every day, he's looking for mountains to climb.

Joanna Patterson is a French national and has lived in Asia for 4 years now. She joins from China Eastern Airlines, where she headed up the Global Corporate Sales Department, with a special focus on international markets as well as assisting China Eastern in improving their corporate sales execution and process.  Prior to this, Joanna garnered 20 years of international airline experience with other major airlines like Lufthansa and Air France KLM, where she was part of the Global Corporate Sales team and managed national sales teams through mergers and change management.

As the Director of Account Management Southeast Asia, Joanna will lead FCM’s expanding account management team and drive innovation in cost management and travel program optimisation across the region.

Joanna says, “I am looking forward to leverage on my experience to deliver the best personalised account management to our corporate clients and support them in all aspects off their travel program. My team and I will also remain focussed on strengthening client relations as well as growing new business within existing client portfolios.”

In her free time, Joanna enjoys travelling with her husband and discovering new cultures.
